Returns & Refunds

Because each artwork is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons like change of mind, incorrect size selection, or subjective preference.

However, we want you to love your canvas as much as we do. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we’ve got you covered.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your canvas arrives with any issues such as:

  1. Physical damage during shipping
  2. Print quality defects
  3. Incorrect artwork or size

Please email us at editor@roomfruit.com within 3 days of delivery. Include:

  1. Your order number
  2. A clear photo of the issue
  3. A brief description of the problem

Once we verify the issue, we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund—whichever you prefer.

Important Notes:

  1. Requests made after 3 days of delivery may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
  2. Items must be unused and in the condition they were received.
  3. As all items are printed on demand through a third-party production partner, we cannot accept returns for reasons unrelated to product quality.
