You already do this.

The playlist that just fits. The drive home that sheds the day.

RoomFruit makes it deliberate — one canvas, one mood, nothing to operate.
The rest is below.

You look up. Something shifts. That's the whole idea.

What Is RoomFruit?

What is it, really?

Canvas art built around five moods — LIT, FLOW, SYNC, SOLID, HELD. Each canvas is directed to one of them, down to the subject and the colour, so the room holds that mood without being asked. Like a playlist, except it plays itself.

Is there anything I have to do?

Hang. Glance. Feel. Only the first one's a job. No routine, no app, no reminder to ignore - it works every time your eye lands on it, whether you notice or not.

Who's behind it?

RoomFruit was made by Meera, an architect with sixteen years designing rooms - Sydney, New Delhi, Hyderabad, Muscat. The idea comes straight out of that work: a room is never just its walls, and the whole feel of a space can turn on one element. Read the full story.

Where does it work best?

Anywhere your eye lands again and again -over the desk, opposite the bed, the wall you pass a hundred times a day. Placement matters less than repetition.

Choosing Your Mood

What is mood-ing?

Mood-ing at RoomFruit: Choosing art by how it makes you feel. It lands different every time you glance at it.

How do I pick the right mood?

Start with the feeling you want more of in that room.

LIT - On-ness. Not a burst. The kind that doesn't switch off.

FLOW - Going with it. Not speed. No friction.

SYNC - It fits. Nobody made it fit.

SOLID - Enough-ness. Not more. Just never the bottom of it.

HELD - Just this. Nothing after it.

Some people choose by what they want more of, others by what the room is missing. Most people know the second they see it. Or take the quiz.

What if more than one fits?

Take the one that landed first - you usually know before you've finished thinking about it. And rooms do different jobs, so the other one probably belongs somewhere else in the house.

Can I mix moods across rooms?

That's the usual way. LIT where you work, HELD where you wind down, SYNC where you walk in.

What size should I go for?

Think about how much presence you want the piece to hold.

Sizes: 60 × 60 cm and 50×50 cm. Bigger shifts the room faster; smaller makes a quieter change. If you want the room to sit around it, go bigger.

The Canvas

What’s it actually like?

Heavyweight canvas, gallery-wrapped over an FSC-certified timber frame, printed with UV-resistant inks. Clean finished edges. No glass, no glare.

Does it need a frame?

No. It arrives stretched over its own timber frame with clean finished edges.

Modern gallery feel, ready to hang as is.

Is it ready to hang?

Yes. The mounting kit is in the box.

How do I hang it?

Included: Mounting kit in the box. Nothing to assemble, nothing to buy. On plasterboard a single hook rated to 6 kg is enough. On brick or concrete you'll want a masonry plug.

Will it look the same in real life?

Screens vary - yours, ours, everyone's. We calibrate as closely as we can, and canvas tends to look better in the room than on a phone. Texture doesn't photograph.

Is the artwork AI-generated?

Yes. Every RoomFruit artwork is made for RoomFruit. AI carries it from concept to draft; an architect takes it from there. Nothing is licensed from a stock library. Mood is the entire brief here, not colour and not subject, and to make a canvas for one specific mood you have to be able to reject it a thousand times. No photographer gets a thousand waterfalls. AI is the medium of this moment, the way photography changed what "original" meant without making the image any less real.

Where is it made?

Printed in Australia, and only after you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse, and nothing ships in from overseas.

Will it hold up in my climate?

Printed on a cotton-poly blend with UV-resistant inks, so direct afternoon sun won't wash it out. Like any stretched canvas, keep it off a wall that gets regular condensation — behind a shower door, or under a window that sweats through winter.

How do I clean it?

A dry soft cloth. No water, no spray.

The Logistics

How fast does it ship?

Most orders leave the printer within 3–4 business days, then 4-7 days in transit depending on where you are. Launches and holidays can run a little longer.

Where does RoomFruit ship?

Australia only, for now.

What does shipping cost?

$14.95 flat, anywhere in Australia.

Can I send one as a gift?

Yes. Pick the mood that's them and send it straight to their door.
